THE DARING WAY 3 Day Intensive (FOR THERAPISTS)
LUBBOCK
As Counselors and Therapists, we sometimes experience our own fears interfering with the life that we want to live. Being a therapist can be lonely, and sometimes we do not realize that other therapists share our same universal struggles. Bravery, courage and vulnerability require risk, but often come with great reward. Join together with this group of therapists as we work through shame and worthiness, learning what it means to DARE GREATLY.
The Daring Way™ is a highly experiential methodology based on the research of Dr. Brené Brown, and is only made accessible to Certified Daring Way Facilitators who have been personally trained by Dr. Brené Brown.
This is not psychotherapy group, but a process-oriented workshop with group discussion regarding shame resiliency.
