Ann specializes in treating adults with anxiety, complex trauma, addiction, relationship issues, and difficult life transitions. Ann values truly listening to clients and helping them to feel understood. She helps clients understand their past, re-evaluate their present circumstances, and explore their desired future.
Ann believes it is important to consider the client’s physical, personal, relational, and cultural circumstances when working with clients. She utilizes EMDR Therapy in conjunction with an Internal Family Systems (IFS) approach to address the root cause of clients’ concerns.
Ann completed her master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Northern Arizona University where she graduated with honors of Summa Cum Laude. Ann has experience working in agency and academic settings providing psychotherapy, clinical supervision, and aiding community reentry of recently incarcerated individuals recovering from substance abuse.

Blake specializes in trauma, depression, anxiety, and grief with children, teenagers, adolescents, and young adults. Blake utilizes a trauma-informed approach that encompasses her expressive arts background, Dialectical Behavioral therapy, and somatic awareness to promote understanding of painful patterns and develop coping strategies.
Blake believes that each client has an innate ability inside to cultivate healing and she is an advocate for guiding clients on this individual journey. Blake believes in using EMDR to further process core life events that underline issues with depression and anxiety that can lead to self-harm, eating disorders, substance abuse, suicidality, and difficult relationship patterns.
Blake has worked in different settings including agencies advocating for families struggling with the effects of trauma, IOP groups specifically for eating disorders and OCD, and grief support groups.
Blake has her Bachelor's of Science Degree in Psychology and her Master of Counseling Degree from Arizona State University. Blake's goal is to provide a safe, non-judgmental space for clients to be themselves and develop skills that work for them to promote healing.

Kristen is passionate about assisting adults and adolescents as they form their identities, navigate life transitions, and heal their trauma. She helps individuals find self-compassion as they work through concerns relating to anxiety, stress, relationships, and self-esteem. Kristen uses a client-centered approach and trauma-focused lens to validate clients' complexities and creates space for them to explore their inner and relational conflicts.
She uses frameworks from Interpersonal Therapy (IPT) and Internal Family Systems (IFS) to help clients better understand themselves and find personal growth and healing, as well as tools from Mindful Self-Compassion (MSC) and other cognitive behavioral therapies to help clients develop healthy coping skills. She also offers EMDR psychotherapy.
Kristen values authenticity and inclusivity, welcoming members of the LGBTQIA+, genderqueer, and non-monogamous communities. Kristen earned her B.A. in Marketing at St. Edward's University and her M.A. in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Northern Arizona University.

Ashley holds a B.S. in Child and Family Development and a B.A. in Sociology from San Diego State University. She received her M.A. in Marriage and Family Therapy at Evangelical Seminary. Ashley is trained in Gottman Method Couples Therapy level 1 and in Prepare Enrich, and offers EMDR psychotherapy.

Kaelynn believes everyone has different talents, strengths, and experiences that mold people into unique individuals. She is aware that clients are coming to her in less-than-ideal circumstances and works to create an empathetic and non-judgmental space where clients can be heard, validated, and supported. She believes in treating the whole person and trying to see the bigger picture of the person's overall life for a comprehensive approach.
Kaelynn earned her Bachelor's Degree in Family Science with an emphasis in human development and a Master's Degree in Social Work with an emphasis in clinical practice. She also has a certificate in Assessment of Integrative Health Modalities. She has worked in residential, intensive out-patient, out-patient, and academic settings with children, adolescents, and adults.

Haileigh uses a strengths-based approach, mindfulness, and skills from Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to support individuals trying to navigate the unique experiences life brings. She also offers EMDR psychotherapy. Haileigh has experience working in the mental health field and has previously worked with children on the Autism Spectrum.
Haileigh completed her Bachelor of Science in Psychology at Northern Arizona University. She is currently pursuing her Master's in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Northwestern University.

Kali specializes in PTSD and dissociative disorders, sex therapy, and eating disorders. She is a Certified EMDR therapist and utilizes this approach to treat trauma, sexual/intimacy issues, and addictive behaviors. She assists in LK Institute's EMDR Trainings and provides EMDR consultation to help therapists develop the necessary skills to successfully utilize trauma therapy.
Kali has experience working with complex issues including trauma, substance use disorders, and eating disorders at inpatient, residential, PHP, and outpatient levels of care. Kali is also an approved Clinical Supervisor for the Arizona Board of Behavioral Health Examiners. She received her Bachelor of Science in Psychology as well as her Master of Counseling degrees through Arizona State University.
Kali completed a postgraduate sex therapy certificate at California Institute of Integral Studies. She is LGBTQIA+ affirming, kink/BDSM & poly/non-monogamy informed, sex-worker allied, and body positive.

Lauren specializes in the treatment of trauma, dissociative disorders, eating disorders, and substance use disorders. She has many years experience treating complex issues in the inpatient, residential, PHP & outpatient level of care. Lauren is a Certified Eating Disorder Specialist Supervisor, a Certified EMDR Therapist, an EMDRIA Approved Consultant, and an Adult Complex Trauma & Dissociation Specialist. She utilizes EMDR therapy to treat trauma, anxiety disorders, addictive behaviors, and other life issues interfering with one's well being. Lauren also works with those navigating religious abuse or doctrinal damage, including those who have negative experiences as a result of purity culture.
Lauren obtained a BA in Psychology at Texas Tech University where she was the lead research assistant in a Correctional Research Lab. Lauren obtained her MS from Lubbock Christian University and received the second highest score on the national comprehensive exam.
She developed an eating disorder program for those suffering with co-occurring substance use disorders.
She has held the role of Clinical Director at treatment facilities (Inpatient, Residential, PHP, and IOP) and completed her doctorate degree focusing on addictive disorders and therapist's competency to treat eating disorders. Many therapists call on her for advanced trauma trainings and consultation for her various specializations.
