The EMDR Case Intensive is a small-group consultation experience designed to provide in-depth review of complex clinical cases. Through advanced review of case materials, video recordings, and case conceptualization, participants receive individualized consultation focused on treatment planning, clinical decision-making, EMDR interventions, and barriers to progress. Limited to three clinicians, the intensive allows for thoughtful discussion, collaborative problem-solving, and detailed feedback tailored to each participant's case.

The EMDR Case Intensive was created for the cases that stay with you. The ones you think about between sessions, bring to consultation again and again, or quietly wonder if you're missing something on. We believe that when clinicians have dedicated space to examine a case deeply, with prepared materials and expert guidance, real movement becomes possible for both the clinician and the client.
Unlike traditional consultation groups, this intensive is built around advanced preparation. Your case conceptualization form, consultation paperwork, and session videos are reviewed before we ever meet, which means our four hours together are spent in meaningful clinical work rather than background and catch-up. Each of the three participants receives approximately 75 minutes of individualized consultation.
Whether your case involves complex trauma, dissociation, protocol questions, or simply a sense of being stuck, you'll leave with a clearer conceptualization, a concrete treatment direction, and renewed confidence in your clinical work.

The EMDR Case Intensive is designed for clinicians who have completed EMDR Basic Training and are actively using EMDR in their practice. Participants must be able to record sessions with their selected client and obtain appropriate consent for video review. Because this intensive centers on in-depth case review, it's best suited for clinicians who have a specific case in mind, whether it feels complex, challenging, or simply stuck.
Ultimately, the Case Intensive is for clinicians who want more than general consultation. It's for those ready to slow down, look closely at one case, and leave with a clear conceptualization and concrete treatment direction. Prerequisites for EMDR Case Intensive
who is this training for?
- Confirm Eligibility – Participants must have completed EMDR Basic Training and be actively using EMDR with the client they plan to present.
- Register Online – Secure your spot by completing the registration form and payment in Kajabi. Payment plans are available.
- Prepare Your Materials – Complete your case conceptualization form, consultee submission attestation, and record two session videos.
- Submit Everything 7 Days Prior – All materials must be received no later than seven days before your consultation date so they can be reviewed in advance.
From there, you're all set. Your materials will be thoughtfully reviewed before the intensive so your consultation time is focused on what matters most: gaining clarity, direction, and confidence with your case.
